REAL Charts: Gulf Coast condo inventory falls in February

Baldwin County condo inventory was on the decline in February.
As indicated in the chart above, inventory stood at 755 units during the month of February, down 16.4 percent from 903 units during February 2016.

Inventory peaked during February 2011 at 1,348 units. The February 2017 tally represents a new low for inventory in Baldwin County.
Pricing did increase during February by 18 percent to $289,100, compared to $245,000 a year ago.
