Wiregrass home sales rose by 37 units during January when compared to the year prior.
According to the chart above, home sales stood at 70 for the month of January, compared to 47 in January 2016.

As also indicated in the chart, inventory has fallen 12.4 percent when compared to last year to 692 units on the market.
On average, homes sold in January in Wiregrass spent 182 days on the market, 32 percent slower than last January.

The median sales price for homes sold in January was $116,500, a 26.6 pecent rise from $92,000 last year.
