Stephen McNair, Ph.D., of Mobile-based McNair Historic Preservation, recently stopped by the Alabama Center for Real Estate to visit and talk about the newly-revived historic tax credit program in Alabama.
The new bill could open the door for more rural historic renovation projects in Alabama.
It also has several other changes from the original program that ran from 2013-2016.
