The 17th annual Alabama Commercial Real Estate Conference & Expo is in the books.
ACREcon, which is hosted each year by the Alabama Center for Real Estate, is a day-long event that features multiple speakers across the commercial real estate industry, including national and local presenters.
This year's event, which took place at The Club in Birmingham on Feb. 10, featured Vision from the C-Suite, a panel discussion moderated by Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta's Brian Bailey, included Pat Henry, senior partner & president, Daniel Corporation; Jim Dixon, president, Arlington Properties & vice-chair, Arlington Construction; Rob Bedwell, senior vice president, Protective Life Real Estate; Will Barrois, vice president/regional manager, AL/FL Stirling Properties.
The panel followed Bailey's Commercial Real Estate Outlook and dove deeper into the issues that will face Alabama's real estate industry over the next 12 to 18 months.
